John is CPA and technology industry executive with over 30 years of organizational and financial leadership. He operated a managed services company (MSP) from 2008 to 2017 as President and CFO, growing the company 5x until consummating an exit. In 2020, he co-founded an M & A consulting company and consults on exits and exit planning in addition to offering fractional CFO services to startup and existing companies. Earlier in his career he held financial positions in billion-dollar companies like Lucent Technologies and Acxiom Corporation, in FP&A, Tax, and business management. He received his bachelor’s in accounting from Northern Arizona University and obtained his CPA certificate soon after.
