Ryan joined Cayenne Consulting in 2005. He has over twenty years of strategic, financial, and growth management experience in a wide variety of industries and has crafted numerous financial models and plans for key stakeholders and clients.
His career began in the emerging broadband technology market. As part of the Synaptix Impulse telecommunications consulting team, he spent several years developing and launching new channels into tariffed and non-tariffed markets for various digital subscriber line (DSL) divisions of U.S. West Communications.
As an independent consultant, he has lead business and strategic planning initiatives for companies in a diverse array of industries. Most recently, he worked with a team engaged in a recycling turnaround operation.
Ryan's hands-on approach quickly and efficiently builds trust and fosters collaboration. He believes the consulting process should be a focused and engaging experience regardless of the client's size, objective, or timeline.
