Adam has broad experience in new ventures and investor relations. His employment experience includes the positions of President/CFO at W2 Energy Development Corporation, CFO at Santa Cruz Guitar Company, and Senior Manager at The Charles Schwab Corporation, where he was responsible for project planning in the Schwab Technology Group. In addition to investor relations, Adam has developed expertise in joint ventures and licensing arrangements, both domestic and international.

Since 1999 Adam has worked as a professional writer, accepting assignments such as business plans, PPMs, economic reports, and other projects. Adam has prepared successful business plans and investment proposals for a long list of clients in industries such as renewable energy, real estate development, telecommunications, gaming, high technology, ports, music/film production, transportation, and investment services.

Adam graduated from Stanford University with degrees in English and Economics, and later received an MBA from U.C. Berkeley. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
